Osamase’s poetry is influenced by the genres of Soul, Rap, and R&B; using rhythm and wordplay to bring life to his excerpts of personal reflection. He is the author of two critically acclaimed poetry books, "I AM YOU" (2022) and "Situationship" (2019), and the founder of "Best: A Creative Agency" which consults artists and companies on creative productions and brand management.

Osamase has an English degree from Boston College (‘17) and a Masters in Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (‘24). Upon graduation from Kellogg, Osamase earned the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award.
He also received a certificate from Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program (‘22).
In 2021, Osamase was selected as an MLT Fellow.

Outside of poetry, he has worked with Citizens Bank Financial Group, US Soccer Federation, Nike, and now, New Balance as a Concept Manager in Innovation.
As an Innovation Concept Manager at New Balance, Osamase helps redefine New Balance’s innovative position in the world of sport. In this role, he works alongside a talented team of designers and engineers to solve future athlete problems and find external partners to bring such solutions to life.
In 2022, Osamase was also selected as one of Boston’s Future Leaders by Boston’s Chamber of Commerce.

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCES: Osamase has had the pleasure of performing in front of a live TV audience at GBH’s “Outspoken Saturdays”. He has also performed at Boston’s Paramount Theater, LabCentral, Boston College, Northwestern University, Boston University, UMASS Boston, Emerson College, and Arnold Worldwide. Osamase has hosted several poetry workshops at various schools/summer programs in Boston and Chicago.
“I AM YOU: A Book of Poetry”: His second book, “I AM YOU” was released on July 26th, 2022, and to rave reviews. “I AM YOU” peaked at #6 on Amazon’s New Sellers List for Black and African American American Poetry Books, and as of August ‘22, reached Top 100 Best Sellers on Amazon for Black and African American Poetry Books. The launch event for “I AM YOU” took place at the historic Pellas Gallery on Newbury Street.
“Situationship”: His debut book, "Situationship", was invited to the 2019 Brooklyn Book Festival on behalf of AZURE Literary Group, recognized by the 2020 North Street Book Prize, and studied at the University of Bonn in Germany.
Other Publications: Osamase’s other work has also been published in Cathexis NorthWest Press, AZURE, Prometheus Dreaming Magazine, Penumbra Literary and Art Journal, and more.
